We provide AI-based features within our proprietary learning platform to support writing and idea development (e.g., feedback, summarization).

These AI tools do NOT communicate with or send any data to external providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). No personal information or learning content is shared with any third-party AI services.

All AI usage is strictly for educational purposes, and any outputs are reviewed by instructors for safety and relevance before being used in class.

5. Use of External AI Tools by Students
If students choose to use third-party AI tools outside of our platform (e.g., ChatGPT), ThInC Space assumes no responsibility for the outcomes or privacy risks related to such tools.

For students under 13, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising and approving the use of any external AI tools.

6. Retention and Deletion of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

Upon withdrawal from our services, personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 6 months, unless legal retention is required.

Posts and student work may be retained temporarily for educational purposes but will never be publicly shared without prior consent.

We do not share personal information with third parties unless:

• We have obtained explicit consent from the parent or user
